Is the 50 mhz EP1C3T100C7 Cyclone have enough
resources (LE) to synthesize
the nios?  For example, this board doesnt have any memory, what kind of
limits will that put on the nios processor?

You will probably not have very much fun without external memory.
(AD!) A nice and affordable board with Cyclone 1C6 and 1MB fast 32-bit
