Hi folks, we just published the winter issue of
Xcell Journal:

a lot of great how-to content including part 1 of a piece on How to
Achieve Timing Closure on FPGAs, tutorials on adding the MicroBlaze to
your design and Implementing Downsampling FIR Filters in Xilinx FPGAs.
It also has a couple cool methodology pieces. And I interviewed some
folks in the know to write a cover story on the FPGA play in the
rapidly progressing broadcast equipment market. The pace of innovation
in that market, especially over the last few years, is quite
