Has anyone managed to get access to the BFM
simulation package. For somereason I keep getting denied.

OK thanks I will take a look at the zip file but
UG254 seems quite old soI'm not sure if this is the files I need.

You need to register with Xilinx, and get permission from IBM.  Or
something like that.
