yes EDK includes microblaze license + many free ip cores... picoblaze is free but requires registration at xilinx web pacoblaze is open source picoblaze compatible core

EDK includes many things, also C compiler. the C compiler is GPL licensed so you can have it for free too

Hi Everybody,
I wonder some thing about microblaze and picoblaze.
