Cost of Altera DSP Builder

Hi All,

Been trying to find out the cost of Altera DSP Builder 3.0.0.

Can't find any pricing info anywhere on web (also tried calling but after 
being shunted around gave up).

V2.2 seems to have been $1995:

Is this still the case for 3.0.0?
