Hi,
why are you concerned about the price now?
The tool was already available before Xilinx acquired the company.

The real question is:
How long will it still be sold separtately, and when will it finally
be absorbed into one of the ISE editions.

And the next question that may be asked is:
Who's next? (Sigasi...???) :-)
