Hi all, 

I have a PYNQ-Z1 FPGA and I want to make encryption on drone communication data. 

At this point I want to convert a standalone application (bare metal) to a Linux base application in Vivado 2019.1 SDK, in order to make use of the crypto++ Library which requires the presence of an operation system to work. 

Does anyone know how to proceed to solve this issue with the specific FPGA or similar and proceed to the next steps?
