which cypress tool is used to read or write the PID,VID in EEPROM in xilinx
usb programmer?

I want to read the PID,VID from xilinx spartan-3E starter kit how can i do

Hello,
download Cypress Suite USB. I've used it to program my Cypress USB
controller. You will have to use Control Center or CyConsole, can't
remember exactly now.
